Burnout - whether it’s in your career, school, or whatever is - you’re bound to feel it at some point. According to a Forbes article based on a nationwide study, 4.5 million Americans left their jobs in November 2021 alone.

Healthcare workers - like ourselves - during the COVID-19 pandemic have faced immense burnout that has led to 47% of them saying they plan to leave their current jobs within the next 2-3 years.

Repeated stressors, demanding work environments, unsupportive companies, and high expectation for ourselves all lead to burnout.

You are in control of your mental, physical, and emotional health in your career and in your life. Learn how to prevent, recognize, and treat burnout. You are not alone.
