How do you define health in your life? Is it through weight? The scale? The mirror? How heavy you can lift or how many miles you can run? There’s fad diets and get-fit-quick programs, but ultimately, how are you going to live a long, sustainably healthy life? 

We find ourselves quickly trying to fit into the social norms. When actually, what is most important is our health, our well-being. Do it for you - not for anyone else. We do it so that we can travel the world when we’re still 70. We do it so that we can grow old with our significant others and families. We do it to be better for ourselves. 

Why do you do it? What value do you find in health and fitness? What does being healthy mean to you? Whatever it may be, let’s walk (or run) on this path together towards a better, healthier you.
